Clear returns and refund information for pre-owned electronics. Please review the information below before ordering.

30-Day Return Window

You may request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all originally included accessories and components. Please include your order number or proof of purchase. Items with additional damage or unauthorized alterations may not qualify for a change-of-mind return. Returns are inspected upon receipt.

Pre-Owned Product Conditions

Our cameras and electronics are pre-owned and may show disclosed scratches, scuffs, or other cosmetic wear. Such disclosed wear does not remove your ability to request an otherwise eligible return within 30 days.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For eligible change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping. Please use secure packaging and a trackable service.

Incorrect, Defective, or Not-as-Described Items

If your order is incorrect, arrives defective, or materially differs from the listing, contact us within the return window. For approved returns of these items, BeyondContent covers reasonable return shipping costs and will provide instructions. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable law.

How to Request a Return

Email yzheng@beyondcontent.io with your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos where relevant. We will provide the appropriate return address and instructions. Please contact us before sending an item back.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after return inspection to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Return Packaging

Pack returned items securely and include all originally supplied accessories. Buyer-paid shipping applies to change-of-mind returns; BeyondContent covers reasonable shipping for approved incorrect, defective, or materially misdescribed returns.
